Device health, access control, rotation and billing all live in your account. Raising a question from inside the dashboard means it arrives with the device attached to it.

What happens next

Questions about the product

Pairing, plans, the Android app, billing. We read every message and answer in the order they arrive, so we would rather not quote you a number we cannot hold to.

Sizing and pricing

Fleet counts, regions and contract terms go straight to the person who can quote them. Expect a first reply that either carries the figure or asks the two questions needed to produce it.

Something is broken

If a fleet you are running is down, say so in the first line and name the device or the endpoint. Those messages get pulled to the front of the queue.

What we do with what you send

We use it to answer you and to keep the thread if it turns into a longer conversation. The address does not go on a mailing list and it does not go to anyone outside Proxy Farms. Ask in the message and we will delete the lot once we have replied.
