Terms of Service
These terms cover what Proxy Farms provides, what you are responsible for, what you may not do with the service, and how billing, suspension and cancellation work. The acceptable use section is the one most likely to affect you, so read that one properly.
Agreement to these terms
These terms are a binding agreement between you and PrixHistory Technologies Private Limited, a company registered at [Registered address], which operates Proxy Farms. By creating an account, paying for a plan or pairing a device you accept them. If you do not accept them, do not use the service.
If you are agreeing on behalf of a company, you confirm you are authorised to bind it, and you means that company throughout.
Our Privacy Policy forms part of this agreement. Enterprise Plan customers may also hold a signed order form or master agreement; where such a document conflicts with these terms, that document governs for that customer.

| Plan | The subscription tier you select: the Seed Plan, Grower Plan, Farm Plan or Enterprise Plan |
| Content | Anything transmitted, requested, received or stored through the service by you or by anyone using your account |
Accounts and eligibility
You must be at least 18 and legally able to enter a contract where you live. Registration details must be accurate, and you should keep them current.
You are responsible for your credentials, your API keys and everything done under your account, whether or not you authorised it. Tell us promptly at business@proxyfarms.com if you suspect your account has been compromised.
We expect one account per organisation. Do not share a single login in place of adding people to your team, and do not resell dashboard access.
What the service does
Proxy Farms turns phones you already own into proxy endpoints. In outline: you pair a device using our Android application, we assign that device a network node, an encrypted tunnel runs between the node and the device, and traffic you send to the node leaves for the internet on that device using its own carrier IP address.
Depending on your plan, the service also provides IP rotation, allow and deny rules for addresses and domains, several proxies per device, analytics, SMS features and webhooks. The current feature set for each plan is on the pricing page.
We provide the software, the network nodes and the control plane. We do not provide the phones, the SIM cards or the mobile data, and we are not a mobile network operator.
Your responsibilities
This is the section customers skip and should not, because the model only works if these obligations sit with you.
- You supply the hardware. The devices and SIM cards are yours. We do not sell, rent, lease or supply them, and we never take ownership or control of them.
- You look after the physical devices: power, charging, heat, storage, replacement, and any local rules about where equipment may be kept.
- The carrier relationship is yours. Every byte you route leaves on a connection you contracted for, so you must comply with the terms of your mobile network operator, including any rules on tethering, automated traffic, commercial use of the connection and fair use limits.
- You are responsible for everything sent through your devices by you or your users, and for holding the rights needed to send it.
- You may only pair devices you own or are lawfully entitled to use this way, with the informed agreement of anyone else who uses them.
- You are responsible for your own compliance: data protection law, export controls, sanctions, and any licence or consent your use case requires.
- Where you route traffic for other people, or handle their personal data, you are the controller of that data and you owe them the notices and rights their law requires.
We do not inspect the contents of your traffic and we have no wish to. That is a deliberate design decision, and it is why these obligations are yours in practice as well as on paper.
Acceptable use
You may not use Proxy Farms, and may not let anyone else use it, for any of the following. The list is not exhaustive, and we read it in spirit rather than hunting for the loophole with you.
- Fraud of any kind, including payment fraud, fraudulent account creation, click fraud and advertising fraud.
- Credential stuffing, password spraying, brute force login attempts, or trafficking in stolen credentials.
- Unauthorised access to any system, network, account or data, including scanning or probing infrastructure you have no permission to test.
- Circumventing the security controls, rate limits, bot protections, paywalls or access rules of another party without permission from that party.
- Sending spam or unsolicited bulk messages through any channel, including SMS, and using the SMS features to send or read messages you have no right to send or read.
- Distributing malware, ransomware, spyware or phishing pages, and running command and control infrastructure.
- Denial of service attacks, traffic amplification, or any deliberate attempt to degrade a third party service.
- Infringing copyright, trade marks, patents or trade secrets, or distributing content you have no right to distribute.
- Harassment, stalking, doxxing or threats, and any content that sexualises minors or promotes terrorism, violence or exploitation.
- Anything that breaches your carrier agreement or puts the SIM or the carrier account at risk of suspension.
- Reselling raw proxy access under your own brand without a written agreement with us.
- Anything unlawful where you are, where your devices are, or where the traffic lands.
Report abuse to business@proxyfarms.com. We investigate what is reported and act on what we find. Where the risk is immediate we act first and explain afterwards.
Fees, billing and the per device model
Pricing is per device, per month. Bandwidth is unlimited and we never charge per gigabyte. Self-serve pricing at the time of writing is the Seed Plan at $4 per device per month, the Grower Plan at $8 and the Farm Plan at $10. The Enterprise Plan is quoted on fleet size, regions and term. Current prices are always on the pricing page and that page governs.
Billing runs on a prepaid balance. You top up your account through our payment provider, then subscribe to a plan, and each device draws its fee from that balance in advance for every billing period. One plan applies to your whole account: every device you run is on the plan you have chosen, because each plan carries a different level of access control and domain policy, and a single fleet is enforced under a single policy model.
Adding a device part way through a period is charged pro rata from your balance. Removing one takes effect at your next renewal. Upgrading your plan takes effect immediately and the difference is prorated from your balance. Downgrading takes effect at the end of your current billing period, because policies configured under the higher plan have to be unwound first.
If your balance reaches zero part way through a period, we will email you and your devices will keep serving for a short grace window. After that window your endpoints stop accepting connections until the balance is topped up. Paired devices and their configuration are retained during suspension.
Prices exclude taxes unless we say otherwise. You are responsible for any VAT, GST or sales tax that applies where you are, and for any withholding your local law imposes.
If a top up fails we will email you. Devices may be suspended while a balance is short. Fees already paid are not refundable except where the law requires it or where we have agreed otherwise in writing.
We can change prices on at least 30 days notice by email. A new price applies from your next renewal, and you are free to cancel before it takes effect.
The 7-day Farm Plan trial
New accounts can run a 7-day trial of the Farm Plan without a card. The trial covers one device on that plan; any further device, and any device on another plan, is charged from the moment it is created. The 7 days are counted from the first time that device is paired to a handset, not from the date you registered. When the trial ends, the trial device stops serving traffic unless your balance covers its first period.
One trial per account, and one per handset. To enforce the second we store a one-way hash of the Android device identifier of each phone that has started a trial; we do not store the identifier itself, and it is used for nothing else. A phone that has already used its trial can still be paired — it simply bills from the start.
Creating additional accounts to extend a trial is a breach of these terms. We can shorten or withdraw a trial where we see abuse, and trial usage carries no availability commitment at all.
Plan changes and cancellation
Upgrades apply immediately, with the difference charged pro rata. Downgrades apply at your next renewal, so you keep what you have already paid for.
You can cancel from the dashboard at any time. Cancelling stops the next renewal; it does not refund the current period. Devices keep serving traffic until the period ends, then unpair and stop.
After cancellation we retain your data for the periods set out in the Privacy Policy and then delete it. Export anything you want to keep before you cancel.
Suspension and termination
We can suspend or terminate an account, or individual devices, where:
- An invoice is unpaid after we have asked you to settle it.
- We have reasonable grounds to believe these terms have been breached, and acceptable use in particular.
- A carrier, upstream provider or authority requires it.
- Continuing would expose us, you or a third party to legal risk or immediate harm.
Where circumstances allow, we will tell you first and give you a fair chance to put things right. Where the risk is immediate, we act first and explain afterwards.
You may terminate at any time by cancelling your plan and unpairing your devices. Terms that by their nature should outlive the agreement do so, including fees already owed, acceptable use, limitation of liability, indemnity, intellectual property and governing law.
Availability and warranties
We work hard to keep the service running, but the self-serve plans are provided as is and as available, without warranty of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.
Two caveats are specific to this product and worth stating plainly. First, your endpoints are consumer phones on consumer mobile networks, so availability depends on your hardware, your power supply and your carrier coverage, none of which we control. Second, remote sites may block, throttle or challenge traffic for reasons of their own, and we do not promise that any given destination will accept a connection.
Enterprise Plan agreements can carry separate written commitments on uptime, support response times and dedicated relay capacity. Where such an agreement exists it takes precedence over this section for that customer.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, neither party is liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive or consequential loss, nor for lost profits, lost revenue, lost data or business interruption, even where it was warned that such loss was possible.
Our total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the service is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.
Indemnity
You will defend, indemnify and hold harmless PrixHistory Technologies Private Limited, its officers, employees and suppliers against any claim, loss, damage, fine or cost, including reasonable legal fees, arising from your use of the service, your content, your breach of these terms, your breach of a carrier agreement, or your infringement of the rights of another party.
We will notify you promptly of any claim covered by this section, let you control its defence, and cooperate reasonably at your expense. You may not settle a claim in a way that admits liability on our behalf without our written agreement.
Intellectual property
We own the service: the software, dashboard, applications, documentation, branding and everything else we made. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use it for the term of your subscription, and nothing beyond that.
You own your content and your data. You grant us only the narrow licence we need in order to run the service for you, such as carrying your traffic and rendering your own analytics back to you.
Do not copy, decompile or reverse engineer the service, remove our notices, or use our name or marks without written permission. Feedback and suggestions you send us may be used freely and without obligation.
Changes to the service and to these terms
We can add, change or withdraw features. Where a change materially reduces what a paid plan does, we will give at least 30 days notice by email and you may cancel before it takes effect.
We can also amend these terms. The date at the top of this page always shows the current version, and we will notify account holders at least 14 days before a material change. Continuing to use the service after that date means you accept the new version.
Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of [Governing jurisdiction], without regard to its conflict of laws rules. The courts of [Governing jurisdiction: courts and venue] have exclusive jurisdiction, except that either party may seek injunctive relief wherever it is needed to protect intellectual property or prevent immediate harm.
Before filing anything, talk to us. Most disputes are settled faster over email than through lawyers, and both sides agree to engage in good faith for at least 30 days from written notice of a dispute.
If you are a consumer, mandatory protections in your country of residence apply regardless of this section.
